The feature film “Can Not Be” directed and writing by Hossein Dumari and Pedram pooramiri and produced by Mojtaba Rashvand is selected in the 19th Universal Film Festival in USA . The festival will take place in New York during 25th-27th Sep 2025.
Universal Film Festival is rated as one of the top 100 film festivals globally and maintains over 350,000 followers on five social media platforms.

The annual event is held the fourth week of September in the historic Power and Light District downtown Kansas City and it has grown into an internationally recognized event, attracting filmmakers and audiences from over 130 countries. With over 3000 submissions annually, the festival features 40 screenings over three days.
